MR. PAUL W. BURKETT, J.D., CPCU, CEO of SNOASPEN INSURANCE GROUP, INC. since 1995, has been accumulating extensive experience in providing Risk Management Consultant Services and Policy/Risk Management Program Audit Services to Commercial Clients and Agents/Brokers, providing Personal and Commercial Insurance Policy Coverage training for Agents, Brokers, and Risk Managers.

MR. PAUL BURKETT, J.D., CPCU, provides Insurance Coverage Expert Witness Opinions and testimony, and Agent/Broker Standard of Care, Expert Witness Opinions, and testimony for defense and plaintiff counsel concerning insurance disputes.

MR. BURKETT, J.D., CPCU, began his career as a Loss Control Representative for SAFECO Insurance Company after serving as an Officer in the United States Air Force. During his career with SAFECO, PAUL BURKETT, J.D., CPCU, served as a Loss Control Supervisor, Loss Control Manager, Commercial Sales Representative, Division Commercial Lines Underwriting Manager, and Regional Workers’ Compensation Manager. After Safeco Insurance Company, PAUL BURKETT worked for Frank B. Hall & Company as Vice President in charge of Risk Management Services, where he was responsible for the design and implementation of alternative insurance programs, such as pools, self-insurance, and captives. From Frank B. Hall, PAUL assisted in establishing the Meadowbrook of Colorado office and in developing specialized group programs, such as TUITIONGard, coverage for private student loans through banks in the United States.

MR. BURKETT delivers seminars as a National Instructor for Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) Courses, National Instructor for Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) Courses, and a Nevada Independent Insurance Agents Association Instructor for numerous Personal and Commercial Insurance coverage topics.
